TRX

Full body strength exercises in order to boost your metabolism.

BOSU

Combination of exercises that aim to enhance the balance, the physical endurance, the movement coordination and the cardiorespiratory endurance.

KETTLEBELLS

Their unique design and the variety of exercises that offer will help you execute complex exercises that aim to the neuromuscular coordination and core strengthening.

MEDICINE BALLS

A unique equipment which is appropriate for building core strength (abdomen and back). Also helps with balance, posture, and overall wellness through proper alignment.

PLYO BOXES

A plyo box is as a sturdy box on which you can step or jump while exercising and execute plyometric and other exercises.

BARS & DUMBBELLS

Bars & Dumbbells are used for executing basic exercises such as Squat, Dead Lifts, Clean & Press for full body strengthening

RUBBER BANDS

Rubber bands build exerts a particular amount of force on your muscles when stretched and can be used in both upper and lower body training. To improve mobility, resistance bands are a great way to help you improve your flexibility, but you can also use them improve joint mobility.
