The exercises that we execute are based on Gymnastics such as handstands, parallel bars, still rings, pommel horse, horizontal bar and flexibility exercises such as bridge progressions, leg splits etc.

Calisthenics exercise will help you increase your muscle strength, coordination, flexibility and mobility.
