In my early childhood I was fortunate to introduce myself to the magical world of gymnastics and discover my passion for physical activities.<\/p>

Since then I was exposed to a variety of activities in different environments discovering the unique benefits of each \u2026 all activities were a new challenge for my body and mind.<\/p>

This unique journey has influenced me to study at the University of Sports and Education in Athens and led me to learn from the best teachers from all over the world studing in depth methods and practices such as Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts, Handbalancing, Calisthenics, Breathing & Meditation.<\/p>

My vision to share my enthusiasm and passion for physical activity has influenced me to become a health and physical educator and create BodyChallenge Gym\u2026a space where each trainee will face challenges which can lead to physical and spiritual benefits.<\/p>
