Pilates Mat is the Pilates method performed on a mat using equipment such as Magic Circle, Theraband, Foamroll.

Pilates Reformer is the Pilates method performed on an apparatus designed with a system of springs and pulleys that allows an exercise to become easier or more challenging based on the choice of setup. The main difference between Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates is the use of your body for resistance versus springs and straps.

As Joseph Pilates said who is the inventor of the method: “You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions”.
